Welcome to the Booroodabin Bowls Club. Established in 1888, the Booroodabin (pronounced Boo-roo-da-bin or The Boo for short) Bowls Club is Queensland’s oldest bowls club, centrally located in the historic Breakfast Creek precinct.
Specialising in barefoot bowls, the Booroodabin Bowls Club has become a popular choice, not just for social bowling, but for corporate and community groups who enjoy the relaxed, friendly atmosphere. We have eight bowling rinks available for both day and night barefoot bowls.
Conveniently located in Newstead, near the centre of Brisbane, the Booroodabin Bowls Club is easily accessible by public transport. We also have a car park on site for those who wish to drive. The club is a unique venue suitable for all occasions including birthdays, corporate team building days, engagement parties, wedding receptions and Christmas parties.
